We are delighted with another eTwinning success – this time from the international ENGLISH TOGETHER project, which has been awarded a National Quality Certificate for its innovative approach to language skills development and intercultural cooperation! The project focused on developing English grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, with pupils from the Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia and Spain creatively designing their own content and games. Key activities included designing games such as the ‘Activity Game’, writing stories about national heroes and creating profile photos with the help of artificial intelligence. The aim was not only to increase motivation to learn the language, but also to foster creativity, teamwork and critical thinking, and to deepen cross-cultural understanding among the students. Pupils also developed digital skills and learned about online safety and netiquette through interactive tasks and games. The project produced a range of useful outputs, from card games to podcasts and discussion forums, making effective use of ICT. ENGLISH TOGETHER thus demonstrated that international cooperation and innovative methods are key to developing complex language and life competences in our pupils.
