If you wish to enrol your child in the 1st year of our Private Primary School, please fill in this application form carefully. Once you have completed the application form, make sure you have entered all the correct details.

The form is used solely as a preliminary application and an expression of interest in enrolling a child in the 1st grade at our school .

Official applications for enrollment will be submitted through the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic’s ePrihlášky system. The launch date for the ePrihlášky system for the relevant school year has not yet been announced.

By filling out this preliminary application, you will provide us with your basic contact information and details about your interest in our school. A preliminary application does not replace the official application submitted through the ePrihláška system.

Once the deadline has been announced and the ePrihláška system becomes available, we will inform the parents who have filled out this form about the next steps.
