The production of meals in the ŠJ is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic No. 300/2009 Coll. on school catering according to:

• material and consumption standards for school catering
• Recommended dietary allowances by age group of diners
• hygiene requirements
• a financial contribution from the pupil’s legal guardian to purchase food for the meal according to the financial band chosen.
