Our fifth-graders met online again with their friends from the Czech Republic as part of the Inside Out project. We kicked off the meeting with a creative activity on Canva Whiteboard, where students collaborated in real time to come up with answers to various fun questions, which got them in the perfect mood for working together.
Cooperation was the main theme of the day, which we then put into practice as we reviewed our shared digital bulletin boards on Padlet. The students had worked intensively on them over the previous weeks and gathered a wealth of knowledge about the digestive and excretory systems. We then turned this information into two creative escape games. The students played them together and provided feedback immediately after finishing. This reaffirmed that learning doesn’t have to be just about theory, but above all about fun, technology, and sharing experiences. We’re already looking forward to our next adventures together!
