A major success for our school! The entire team of our school canteen has advanced to the finals of the nationwide gastronomic competition OMES FUSION 2026, which will take place on 5 November 2026 at Hotel Slovakia. In an extremely strong field, we fought our way into the top nine school canteens in all of Slovakia.
Behind this success is the shared teamwork of the entire canteen team. Our support staff and cooks ensure excellent daily ingredient preparation and the smooth running of the whole kitchen. Their dedicated, physically demanding work is the absolute foundation of our cooking success.
The canteen manager oversaw the overall organisation, competition registration, the compilation of recipes, and cost calculations in line with the competition rules.
In the finals in Žilina, our chef and cook will represent our team on site during the final cook-off, transforming our shared effort into the final dish before the judging panel.
