On Thursday 26th June, our school hosted a unique Chemistry Show, prepared by 9th grade students for younger classmates from 1st to 5th grade. of the year. The whole event was in the spirit of science, fun and surprises.
The little spectators were enthusiastic from the beginning to the end – they saw explosions, flames, but also fun experiments where they not only learned but also laughed. One of the biggest hits was the elephant toothpaste, also the pharaoh snakes and the mirror reaction, known as the “mirror in the bank”. The helium experiment, which changed the performers’ voices beyond recognition, was also a success. Curious eyes also shone at the making of a magic elixir with dry ice, which mysteriously steamed as if from a witch’s cauldron.
The ninth graders took great care in their preparation and proved that science does not have to be boring with their dedication and enthusiasm for chemistry. On the contrary, it can be full of colour, sound and laughter!
We thank the pupils of the 9th grade for an unforgettable experience and we are already looking forward to other similar events.
