The seventh-graders started their journey for knowledge in Modra at the Ľudovít Štúr Museum. We wrote down interesting facts about his life in our worksheets. In the Slovak Folk Majolica we saw the process of making ceramic products. We saw the turning of a jug on a potter’s wheel, glazing, ceramic kiln and painting of typical Modra patterns. In Červený Kameň Castle we saw an exposition of period furniture. Trnava, lit up in Advent, was a beautiful end to the day.
On the way home we enjoyed singing Christmas songs. We had a great day together.
