eTwinning Projects 2026/2027

Futureflix

“The Future We Choose” is a 7-month international eTwinning project for students aged 11–14 that explores and imagines the world of tomorrow through the medium of film. Students become young journalists, advertising agents, actors, and documentary filmmakers, filming news programs set in the year 2050, create commercials for futuristic products, document a typical day in the life of a teenager in the future, and produce documentaries about real-world challenges in the areas of climate, transportation, and digital life. They also share their own ideas for solving problems, reflect on the consequences of today’s decisions, and, finally, compile their most interesting film moments into official trailers, which they will present at the joint virtual film festival FutureFlix. The project develops students’ ability to communicate in English, as well as their digital and media literacy, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration in international teams.
