Another travel destination for the fourth graders of both the Bees and the Beetles was Trenčín and Trenčín Castle. On 12. 5. 2023 they travelled together by train there and back. They walked through the park, the city centre and especially the castle and its surroundings. During the tour of the castle, the children had to complete several tasks to be “knighted and knighted as ladies-in-waiting” on behalf of King Sigismund of Luxembourg and Queen Barbara of Celje. Some of them also enjoyed the view from the City Tower, others took a separate tour of the Peace Square.
