Enviroprojekt – insect hotel

The idea to create an insect hotel was conceived as part of the May challenge “ClimateYzuj sa”, launched by the Slovak Environmental Agency. I appreciate very much that Mr. Martin, the teacher, accepted this idea with an open mind, did not reject it, but decided to implement it with the pupils of the 6th grade in the technical education classes. And the result? Not just one, but two beautiful insect houses. Thanks to the patient guidance and support of the teacher, the idea was turned into a real, tangible work of art. The two hotels are already standing in the school arboretum, which we placed there today with VI.SA….. and we are now looking forward to seeing the first inhabitants from the insect kingdom move in.
