With great pleasure we thank you for the 2nd place award in the national competition Sustainable School of Slovakia 2024/2025.
The Festival of Sustainable Living Day for the Planet 2025 took place at the premises of the University of Science and Technology in Nitra with the participation of primary and secondary school pupils from all over Slovakia. This year, the festival was again driven by generational debates between scientists, company managers, educators and pupils, which led to the conclusion that the younger generation is interested in environmental protection and is hungry for environmental topics and information. The pupils themselves suggested that environmental education in schools should be strengthened and become a compulsory subject.
I see this award as a success for all of us- it proves that when we come together for a good cause, we can do great things .💚
