We took part in the national competition, which is held annually in Zvolen. We lived in the school dormitory. They had it nicely furnished. After we checked in, we took part in creative workshops. We worked with breath and voice and rehearsed presenting in front of people. It was fun and educational at the same time. Later, we had an evening program performed by students from the Pink Harmony Private Conservatory. Even though it was a small program with a Christmas theme, we were intrigued. After breakfast on the day of the competition, we were more stressed than we had anticipated. The competition took place at Zvolen Castle, so the setting was very nice. The competition itself lasted a long time. We both really enjoyed it, and even though we didn’t place, we took a lot of new experiences and learnings away with us.
