Our 5th and 9th grade students participated in the district round of the Mathematical Olympiad again this school year. The 70th edition of the competition was different from the previous ones, as it was held in a distance way. Despite these circumstances, our pupils achieved excellent results.
In the Z5 category, two pupils of the V.FB class became successful solvers, namely Dávid Mϋllner (won 1st-6th place) and Alex Lichner (won 8th-16th place). Tamarka Trippé and Vanda Petra Večeřová were the district round solvers.
We also have a successful solver in the Z9 category. It was Martin Pintrava, who took an excellent 2nd-3rd place.
We congratulate our clever pupils on their super performance and we look forward to them representing us successfully in other competitions.
