Discussion in the library

Children from IV. CHR experienced on 9. 11. 2022 a great cultural experience thanks to good cooperation with the Regional Library in Žilina. We were given the opportunity to be participants in a discussion with the writer and children’s bestselling author Gabriela Futová. The discussion was organized by the regional library within the XV. of the annual festival called Christmas with a Children’s Book.
The writer quickly won us all over with her sincere and open approach. With an engaging and natural narrative, she led us into her ritual-laden daily life. She entertained us with funny stories from the life of her animal friends that live together with her family. Dogs, cats, an owl, a raven…the gate to the Futas’ yard or house is open to everyone. They are and have been her inspirations for writing several books. We are very glad that we could get a glimpse into the extraordinary life of a writer.
