Healthy eating week in Dolphins

During the healthy eating week, the IV.DF class was cheerful! They started with a day of fruit and vegetables – counting, writing, talking or creating stories in each subject. They continued with a day of baking – there were various types of sourdough bread: breads, rolls, Christmas cake and homemade jam. So they could try the healthy homemade stuff compared to the store-bought stuff. The day of sugars and fats followed – mothers again baked cakes, pies, wasp nests,… The children also brought “unhealthy sugars” so they could compare tastes and smells, healthy with unhealthy. They tried all sorts of goodies from the workshop of amazing moms for which they deserve a big thank you!
