Logic Olympiad – school round

In May, our school held the school round 9. Logic Olympiad in category B (5th – 9th grade). It is a nationwide Olympiad of pupils with general intellectual talent, organized by the Centre for Educational and Psychological Counselling Sabinov . Its main idea is to bring together pupils with intellectual talents with the aim of a common (nationwide) activity – the Logical Olympiad, which will test their knowledge and skills in logical thinking, spatial reasoning, mathematical reasoning and verbal thinking. Several pupils were successful solvers. 1st place went to our ninth grader Martin Pintrava and 2nd place went to Andy Pavelka from VII.SVB. Congratulations to both of them and fingers crossed for the national final, which will be held online this year.
