HRH<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:83\"><li data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:83\">is an initiative and advisory body that gives pupils the opportunity to influence what happens in the school.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"6:1-6:71\">serves as a platform for communication between pupils and school management.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:4\">participates in the development and observance of school rules and regulations.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"8:1-8:35\">resolves pupil problems and complaints.<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"10:1-10:45\"><strong>Improve the school environment and conditions. HRH<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"12:1-16:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:68\">organises and supports various extracurricular activities and events.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:80\">Participates in the development and implementation of school improvement projects.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-14:76\">seeks and proposes solutions to improve the educational process.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"15:1-16:0\">fosters community building and mutual respect between pupils and teachers.<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:2\"><strong>Learning democracy and accountability. HRH<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"19:1-23:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:47\">allows pupils to experience democracy in practice.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"20:1-20:59\">teaches pupils to take responsibility for their actions and decisions.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:79\">encourages the development of critical thinking and argumentation skills in pupils.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"22:1-23:0\">prepares pupils for active participation in society.<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"24:1-24:37\"><strong>Collaboration with parents and the community. HRH<\/strong><\/p><ul data-sourcepos=\"26:1-29:0\"><li data-sourcepos=\"26:1-26:62\">communicates with parents and informs them about school activities.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"27:1-27:84\">participates in the organisation of joint events for pupils, parents and the public.<\/li><li data-sourcepos=\"28:1-29:0\">builds partnerships with the local community.<\/li><\/ul><p data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:116\"><strong>The PTA is an important part of school government and plays an important role in building a democratic and inclusive school.<\/strong><\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:116\">At our school, all grades are represented in the PTA:<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:116\">V.FA &#8211; A.
